The Culture and Design Lab is an indigenous learning, development and strategy company that was established in 2022. We help professionals to disrupt systemic racism and create positive social change for Māori and Pacific peoples.
We do this by helping systems designers and innovators create solutions that tackle inequality, inequity and disrupt systemic racism. These solutions are led, framed and informed by Te Tiriti o Waitangi and indigenous Māori and Pacific thinking, to provide the practical tools, practices and resources people need to engage with the indigenous world.
